The position and role of medicinal plants in sustainable management and its increasing importance, especially in themacro dimensions of economic development, environment, health, employment, food security, and genetic reservesin the national and global arena is such that today the process of deepening, revitalization and its role, especially inthe supply of medicine, it can be considered one of the indicators of development in the world Sistan and Baluchistanprovince, as the largest province of the country due to its favorable climate, is considered a precious treasure in thisfield, which is unfortunately neglected Every year, a huge number of philanthropists and social activists go to this most deprived province of the country, butstudies show that the aid of these philanthropists faces significant challenges that require optimal organization andmanagement This research investigated the aforementioned challenges using a phenomenological method andidentified and presented the most important challenge Lack of different skills and absence of capabilities ofvillagers Therefore, with the potential of cultivating medicinal plants and its impact on income generation andforeign exchange acquisition; This important issue should be placed on the agenda of planners; philanthropists andsocial activists to serve the deprived areas of Sistan and Baluchistan Earning foreign exchange
