Water, as the most basic substance of life and the most widely used substance in nature, guarantees human life, and the need for this guarantee is the reasonable and basic use of water resources and prevention of its pollution Water is vital for life and is a key resource for development Today, with the expansion of industrial centers, population growth, and lack of proper environmental control, there are many risks in terms of water pollution Unfortunately, in a basin or region, water balance calculations are the most important consideration, and the study of water quality is often overlooked if the availability of water can be useful when it can be used without cost Due to the limitation of water resources on the planet as well as the achievement of sustainable development and environmental protection and quality of water resources, in addition to addressing technical and engineering issues in terms of quantitative and qualitative protection of water resources against point and non point pollutants Management methods and techniques in line with technical issues are also necessary and important In this research, management methods and techniques in controlling non point sources of water pollution have been discussed
