The construction industry is experiencing a transformative shift with the integration of advanced technologies and modern project management methodologies This article explores the significant positive impacts and advantages of utilizing new solutions, such as Building Information Modeling BIM , construction management software, drones, artificial intelligence AI , Internet of Things IoT , augmented reality AR , and blockchain, in controlling construction projects These innovations enhance efficiency, improve project planning and scheduling, reduce costs, ensure higher quality and accuracy, manage risks better, enhance collaboration, improve safety, promote environmental sustainability, and increase transparency and accountability To effectively leverage these benefits, a comprehensive executive program is proposed This program outlines a structured approach, including phases for assessment and planning, training and development, technology integration, pilot projectimplementation, full scale deployment, and continuous improvement The adoption of these new solutions is set to revolutionize the construction industry, leading to more successful, efficient, and sustainable project outcomes
