چکیده مقاله
In this study, a numerical model for a bi directional tuned liquid column damper was developed Considering the use of a viscous fluid, the governing equations are the Navier Stokes equations OpenFOAM software was utilized for the modelling process The model's output is the moment applied to the tank body due to pitch motion at various amplitudes and periods After validating the model, a sensitivity analysis was conducted on the geometrical parameters of the damper and the water level, and the findings were presented Finally, curve fitting was performed to estimate the maximum moment caused by the sloshing impact on the bi directional tuned liquid column damper
