During the past periods, in the face of natural and unnatural crises, centers were established that took on the task of dealing with these unexpected crises The performance of these types of organizations is divided into four main parts: crisis prevention, crisis assessment, crisis management, and ending the crisis, and their activities are determined by considering these three principles The design of this type of centers is very important, like hospital centers and fire departments; Because in the occurrence of crises, these types of organs intervene to prevent harmful side effects The overall system of crisis management centers is situation based; It means that relevant decisions must be made in a fraction of the time Crisis management centers are the most important base for providing assistance and decision making in various matters related to natural and man made disasters in order to prevent the reduction of the effects, the occurrence of accidents and the provision of crisis management services throughout the year in every region of the country and as a place The establishment of managers, equipment, management agents and relief agents, such as the traffic police, Red Crescent, emergency and meteorological station, fire brigade, as well as the rescue management center, play a role and as monitoring, surveillance and imaging centers, Non visual and control and management operation centers are also used In this way, crisis management centers are considered key centers in the network of cities and villages of the country and intercity roads The general physical form of the building of these centers is similar in many ways to other common civil and government buildings and facilities, but their functions are completely different and basically include various spatial functions such as administrative, residential, relief, equipment deployment, monitoring centers, surveillance centers and rooms They are equipped with audio and television systems Due to the lack of codified documents for the design of crisis anagement centers, not only in the country but also in the world, usually the design engineers have been forced to use unrelated domestic or different building regulations
