Background: corona vaccine can affect on breast milk Vaccinated breast milk contains antibodies against covid 19 that help protect infants against this disease and make babies immune to covid 19 until the age of 6 months Objective: This study was performed the effect of vaccination against covid 19 on the safety of breast milk Materials and Methods: This Narrative Review reviews the search engines and databases of PubMed, Web of Science, Cochran, Google Scholar, SID, Magiran, Noormags, Irandoc, Elmnet in English and Persian with the keywords covid 19 and Milk, Human , vaccination, mother, Infant , Randomized Controlled Trial selected by MeSH and their Persian equivalents, from 15 to 19 2023 Published articles were limited to the years 2019 and later From 713 obtained articles, the full text of 14 articles used for writing this article Results: most studies have been shown the safety of Moderna and Pfizer vaccines Both of theme are messenger type mRNA Johnson & Johnson vaccine is only available as an alternative It is now approved Conclusions: Well designed large scale studies are needed to more accurately and reliably evaluate for other vaccines and new strains
