Pregnancy and being pregnant would be an ideal decision for women and it will be a trouble for the couples because of having delay These infertilities can have some reasons of multi factors in which it can be solved and avoid it with on time distinguishing and verifying for the problem of ovary's size and also decrease of Omti Mullerin and Fulicols in ovary also it can be avoided by some techniques like massaging and cupping for patient's stress control for donation ovule by V F infertilities association for ovary's decreasing TargetThe purpose of this study is about effectiveness of changing lifestyle for treatment of ovary's size and ovary's storage increasing MethodA woman was born 1363 who has been married for 13 years and she did not desire for natural childbirth and she gave up for being pregnant because of this procedure and because of using Badtesnin for doing check up and AMH testing she faced with increasing 0/466 of FSH to 16 and immediately after one month later her measurement was 0/022 to 12 for one endometrial but a bit thicker has been reported in Sonography without existence of ovule in ovaries Things and items done in style modification have been eliminated due of using sugar,additives and dairies and being limited of whole grain bread and treatment support and doing massage for whole body also warm up exercises for ovary and uterus plus walking and meditation and some supplements like Cioten ,Royal Jelly and Vitamin C and D3 DataOrganizations recommended two unsuccessful actions and lack of quality of IVF ovule just after 6 months verification of above tests and they announced about pregnancy's reporting and it's excellent resultsConclusionOne of the most important reasons of infertility for women can be lack of quality of ovule thus it will be an abortion or none pregnancy and it will be introduced IVF method for many women Since unharmed and cheap methods will be on priority but we should contemplate for treated of these same cases and it shows that it would be necessary by this treatment
