Menopause or cessation of menstruation due to ovarian failure occurs on average at the age of 52 years and the age range is 40 58 years Early menopause means the loss of ovarian function before the age of 40 which may not be permanent This problem happens in about 5% of women Due to the physical and mental changes caused by early menopause and the decrease in fertility, we need proper and timely treatment, which lifestyle modification is effective in preventing and treating early menopause The purpose of this study is to show the effect of a healthy lifestyle on the increase of ovarian reserve in a 37 year old woman and the occurrence of pregnancy without the use of hormonal drugs A 37 year old woman who got married 2 years ago and filed online 6 months ago At the time of filing, the number of follicles was low and there was no dominant follicle, and the level of FSH was 12 7 and AMH was 0 5, and there was spotting before the period, and the patient underwent IVF procedures , but the treatment was stopped due to the lack of suitable follicles IUI was done which was unsuccessful and eventually egg donation was recommended The treatment was started based on lifestyle changes, with training on stress management strategies, healthy eating, including the elimination of sugar and sugar, elimination of fast food and preservatives, proper and sufficient sleep, and exerciseFindings:After the passage of 6 months, I witnessed a decrease in FSH from 12 7 to 5 57 and an increase in the ovarian reserve from 0 5 to 1 01, and spotting was removed, and finally, in the same month, pregnancy occurred without taking the smallest hormonal drug, and now The patient is 22 weeks oldConclusion:Considering the high costs of infertility treatment and the high stress of couples, as well as the increasing age of marriage and the reduction of ovarian reserve, the appropriate effect of a healthy lifestyle on the treatment process and the reduction of costs and patient stress and the improvement of clinical symptoms, it is recommended to pay attention to this treatment
