Polycystic ovary is a type of metabolic dysfunction and is one of the most common endocrine disorders in women of reproductive agewith irregular menstruation, hirsutism, late fertility and infertilityis identified This disorder is reported in the percentage of women of reproductive age, and there is no definitive treatment with hormonal drugs, and only the symptoms are temporarily controlled In this disorder, antimullerin hormone is usually increased and the ratio of LH to FSH is high on the third day of menstruation Target:The purpose of this study is the effect of lifestyle modification on the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary and successful pregnancy in these patients without any hormonal drugs Method: A 25 year old woman with a weight of 105 kg, who has been suffering from menstrual disorders, severe hair loss, grade 3 fatty liver, psoriasis skin disease, and kidney hydronephrosis since one year before treatment, was admitted online and a case was filed The patient is treated by modifying the lifestyle and changing the lifestyle it placedIt was recommended to regulate sleep and completely stop consuming sugary and preservative substances, physical activity and exercise, vitamin D intake, high protein and low carbohydrate diet, and consumption of useful vegetables and nuts such as almonds and walnuts Milk and sweet fruits were also removed from the diet Findings: After two months of treatment with lifestyle change and 10 kg weight loss and sleep regulation, the client became pregnant and now they gave birth to their child naturally Conclusion: Polycystic ovary is one of the most common cases of infertility, which has high treatment costs and length of treatment Considering the hormonal disorders of this syndrome and the need for multiple high cost hormonal treatments, and considering the effect and partial results of lifestyle modification in the treatment of ovarian laziness, this treatment is suggested as a primary and low cost treatment
