Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that causes the body's immune system to attack parts such as joints, tendons, ligaments, bones, and muscles The attack of the immune system on the body in a person suffering from rheumatism causes damage to different parts of the body, and then disability, pain and inflammation are created Rheumatism can be fatal if it progresses to advanced levels Rheumatic diseases are inflammatory and autoimmune in nature This means that the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues The 2019 coronavirus outbreak caused by the acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus was first reported in China in December 2019 This disease is currently affecting the whole world This disease is characterized by severe and rapidly progressive pneumonia, acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute kidney injury, thromboembolic events, multisystem inflammatory syndrome, multiorgan failure, and septic shock Patients infected with this virus are at risk of respiratory infections, including influenza and pneumococcal pneumonia, which are attributed to the underlying disease, concomitant diseases, and immunosuppressive treatment Nevertheless, immunosuppressive treatments are necessary to control disease activity and prevent performance loss in these patients Thus, designing a registration system for rheumatic patients with corona can be an effective step towards improving the condition of these patients and increase the quality of their care Therefore, in this comparative review, we followed the information recording systems of rheumatic patients with covid 19
