چکیده مقاله
This research addresses the critical issue of resource allocation and scheduling in research and development R&D projects, particularly focusing on the challenges posed by the dynamic nature of project teams and the uncertainties inherent in project operations The study proposes an integrated approach to scheduling and allocating multi skilled labor in R&D projects, leveraging fuzzy mathematical programming techniques to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty effectively By considering the dynamic nature of skill levels and their impact on activity processing times, the research aims to develop more accurate and adaptable scheduling strategies The proposed model is implemented using GAMS programming software and validated through computational analysis and sensitivity testing The findings highlight the efficiency and effectiveness of the fuzzy programming model in optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs across various R&D scenarios While the study provides valuable insights into the management of R&D projects, certain limitations and avenues for future research are also discussed, emphasizing the need for further refinement and validation of the proposed model in real world contexts Overall, this research contributes to the advancement of project management strategies in R&D environments and offers practical implications for enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness
