FRP composite fibers are widely used in structural retrofitting Generally, the use of composites beganin the 1940s and was initially used in military, air and space industries The most important advantagesof using FRP composite fibers are: weight ratio to high strength, ease of transfer and installation,corrosion resistance and environmental corrosive agents In this paper, the introduction and testing ofFRP composites and the testing of beams reinforced with these fibers are discussed
