Background and purpose: A significant index in mental health is the quality of emotional reflection that a person shows to mental pressures The purpose of this paper is the examination of the relationship between mental health and emotional reflection of nurses working in educational medical centers of Mazandaran province Methods: This descriptive analytical study was performed on 304 nurses in educational and medical centers of Mazandaran province in 2017, whit using GHQ 28 questionnaires and depression, anxiety, stress DASS 21 The data was analyzed through the 21 version of the SPSS software, the statistic descriptive methods, and the non parametric test of Kolmogrov Smirnov and Pierson correlation coefficient Results: there is a significant relationship between the variable of mental health and dimensions stress, depression and anxiety of nurses p
