Background: Childbirth is one of the most important health services in all societies Changes that occur for mothers after childbirth can affect the quality and desirability of women's lives Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the desirability of natural delivery and caesarean section with the decision tree model methods: In this research, the desirability of 644 women after natural delivery 317 people and cesarean delivery 327 people in Zahedan city was evaluated and compared The desirability was checked with a questionnaire that was translated and re translated by the researcher The validity of the mentioned questionnaire was confirmed by 12 faculty members of the universities and the reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test 0 96 Results: The findings of the research showed the desirability of the natural birth group average desirability in the visual scale 86 91 and desirability in the descriptive scale 11111 compared to the cesarean group average desirability in the visual scale 64 16 and The average desirability in the descriptive scale 22233 had a higher desirability p
