چکیده مقاله
Introduction: Diabetes mellitus DM is a global public health problem and a complex disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemia leading to long term macrovascular and vascular complications Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine blood indices and their relationship with fasting blood sugar levels and to measure them in patients with type 2 diabetes and heart attack diabetes compared to healthy people In the present study, 30 type 2 diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction and 30 type II diabetic patients were compared with 30 healthy individuals without any acute or chronic disorders In type II diabetes with acute heart attack, some coagulation and biochemical factors including LDL and blood factors WBC, RBC, PDW and HB showed a significant increase compared to people with type II diabetes Also, the difference of biochemical average creatine and PHO in the diabetic, normal and diabetic heart attack group was significant at 0 05 level A significant decrease p
