چکیده مقاله
Digital era has seen the rise and popularity of artificial intelligence AI as a game changer in global business management Nonetheless, swift advancements of this modern technology have given rise to numerous legal and moral issues globally The essay investigates the role that AI plays in shaping global business as well as its connection with international human rights law It explores how multinational companies are using AI powered technologies while emphasizing on a fine balance between innovation and control within the scope of global human rights This paper Balancing Innovation and Regulation: AI’s Impact on Global Business Management and International Human Rights Law examines some pertinent international rules, through case studies, that govern use of AI for business purposes while ensuring compliance with human rights In addition, it provides advice for firms on how to maintain their competitiveness on the world market by establishing a legal and ethical system that will make sure core principles of human rights are observed The study concludes that for global businesses to effectively utilize AI’s potential there is an urgent need to create strong nexus between technology, law and ethics This approach would foster an enabling and equitable doing business atmosphere where human rights are taken as fundamental
