Relations between countries have become a critical principle today In fact, because of its importance, relations with countries have become an important issue that pursues countries' interests This issue is more critical, especially in the case of neighboring countries The relations between Iran and Turkey have also had various ups and downs Neighbors with mutual interests and rivalries have increased the complexity of relations between the two countries In this article, an attempt has been made to examine the cooperation and non cooperation of Iran and Turkey using the theoretical framework of regionalism The main question of this article is what are the factors of cooperation and non cooperation between Iran and Turkey It tries to identify the factors and show their effects by examining them The findings of the article indicate that two countries can cooperate by considering common interests
