Reinforced polymer composite materials by fibers are modern materials which are known by someexperts as third millennium materials These materials which were firstly used in American aerospaceindustry, have characteristics such as resistance ratio to high weight, ease of their installation andmaintenance, high resistance against corrosion which have opened a new window toward constructionengineering science
