This paper presents a comprehensive plan for sustainable coastal development, focusing on theutilization and enhancement of beaches to drive economic growth, foster environmental stewardship,and empower local communities The plan encompasses key phases including assessment and planning,infrastructure development, tourism promotion and management, fishing and aquaculture programs,environmental conservation and restoration, research and innovation initiatives, community engagementand capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation By integrating these components, the plan aimsto balance economic prosperity with environmental protection, ensuring the long term sustainability ofcoastal ecosystems and the well being of coastal communities
