Blockchain, as an emerging technology that initially found success in the financial industry, is rapidly attracting attention in other sectors, including healthcare Sytem With unique capabilities in data security, transparency, and decentralized data management, blockchain holds potential to address several of the current inefficiencies and challenges within health systems This study aims to examine the key challenges and opportunities associated with implementing blockchain technology in healthcare System Major challenges include scalability, regulatory and ethical concerns, and the complexity of stakeholder adoption in data sensitive environments Conversely, blockchain presents significant opportunities, including enhanced data security, improved interoperability, and streamlined processes that may reduce costs and time in healthcare System delivery Additionally, this study proposes a community based blockchain model that enables hospitals to engage the public in data processing tasks, allowing participants to contribute computational resources in exchange for medical service discounts This approach not only encourages community involvement but also has the potential to increase energy efficiency in blockchain operations within healthcare System By categorizing challenges and opportunities and proposing strategies for practical implementation, this study provides valuable insights for healthcare executives, policymakers, and researchers interested in leveraging blockchain technology to improve healthcare systems
