چکیده مقاله
Economic governance plays a critical role in attracting investment at the city level, as it shapes the institutional, legal, and political environment for investors This study aims to identify and prioritize economic governance indicators that influence investment attraction in Iranian cities Using a comprehensive literature review and expert input, key indicators were selected and analyzed through the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP The results reveal that Policy Implementation, Rule of Law, and Political Stability and Absence of Violence are the most influential factors, while Voice and Accountability and Taxation and Subsidies are comparatively less impactful These findings provide actionable insights for policymakers to enhance governance structures, improve institutional effectiveness, and create a stable and attractive investment environment
