چکیده مقاله
This paper explores the challenges and opportunities of Participatory Natural ResourceManagement PNRM from a global perspective PNRM involves local communities,stakeholders, and governments collaboratively managing natural resources to achievesustainable outcomes The study examines the evolution of PNRM practices, highlighting itssignificance in the current global environmental context marked by climate change, biodiversityloss, and socio economic disparities By analyzing diverse case studies across Africa, Asia,Latin America, and Europe, the paper identifies key challenges, including socioeconomic andcultural barriers, institutional and governance limitations, environmental and ecologicaluncertainties, and technological and knowledge gaps Conversely, it also underscoresopportunities for community empowerment, integration of traditional and scientific knowledge,adaptive management, and enhanced governance The paper discusses how globalenvironmental policies and local socio economic contexts shape PNRM practices, emphasizingthe need for inclusive and adaptive approaches to governance Finally, it offersrecommendations for policy makers, practitioners, and communities to improve PNRMimplementation and outcomes, advocating for continued research and innovation inparticipatory approaches to enhance the resilience and sustainability of natural resourcemanagement
