This study aims to improve the performance of biogas reactors by identifying tiny stones in poultry manure that can hinder pumping processes due to inorganic material properties and removal operations The study uses settling tests and sieve analysis to determine suspended solids and particle size The average moisture content of samples is up to 76%, and the high density of manure increases viscosity, requiring more water to dilute manure efficiency The optimal settling test results when over 94% of water is added to raw manure A parametric analysis was performed using sieve tests for dry manure under various conditions The study also investigates the properties of inorganic materials on poultry subdivisions, highlighting the need for initial inorganic material removal to prevent sedimentation and loss of yield in biogas reactors This research should be evaluated separately in each waste group for biogas plant design
