Another potential potential of the deserts in the world of tourism is still not well received in Iran The desert areas of Iran are rich in tourist attractions and tourism It is possible to say that most cities or even some rural areas in desert areas have unique cultural or historical and natural attractions The Lut desert is one of the most unique desert scenery in the world with many tourist attractions and attractions Landforms such as the Cloties and the massive sandy pyramids of their kind in the world are unique in their ability to absorb various tourists, including adventure travelers, scientific tourists, and other tourists In order to improve the performance of the development of tourism in the desert lute, the need to use appropriate strategies is increasingly felt In this paper, using a descriptive analytic approach, after extracting the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, from the viewpoint of tourism experts, using SWOT techniques, appropriate strategies are presented for optimal use According to the quantitative matrix, the SO1 strategy, the best strategy, and ST2 and SO5, are the second and third strategies Finally, after expressing strategies, there are some ways to improve the quantitative and qualitative tourism of the Lut desert
