To prioritize maintenance of a pavement, its condition should be evaluated throughout its lifespan However, in terms of new type of pavements such as pervious concrete pavements PCP , predicting its condition is a challenging task due to lack of precise condition data This paper proposes a rigorous method to estimate a novel condition index for the PCP which is based on subjective condition data Fuzzy representations are deployed herein as an efficient tool to handle the subjective data base to calculate the fuzzy condition index Fuzzy condition indices are defuzzified to single values to be able to prioritize the pavements
