چکیده مقاله
Atomic Force Microscopy AFM has become a pivotal tool in biomedical engineering, enabling precise microinjection of drugs into living cells This study focuses on modeling and simulating the behavior of an AFM based dual needle system for intracellular drug delivery The system comprises a robotic manipulator needle for cell stabilization and an actuator needle for membrane penetration Using Hertz and Johnson Kendall Roberts JKR contact mechanics theories, we analyze the elastic deformation and adhesive interactions between the micro needles and cell membrane Simulation results reveal that mechanical properties and adhesive forces significantly influence penetration dynamics These findings provide insights into optimizing micro needle design and injection parameters, advancing precision in intracellular drug delivery and contributing to innovative therapeutic strategies
