چکیده مقاله
Lean management seeks to identify and eliminate waste Waste refers to things that do not lead to the creation of value from the customer's point of view, and the customer does not pay for it Therefore, by identifying and eliminating waste, lean management increases productivity and reduces costs Therefore, in the literature on this subject, items such as inventory, movement, transportation, waiting and other things are known as waste Since the Islamic Revolution, Iran's economy has been continuously involved in the phenomenon of sanctions Economic sanctions provide special conditions for the business environment, so many scientific approaches require different formulations compared to those of normal countries Lean management also takes a different form in the sanctioned economy in such a way that other things are created in the organization as waste that leads to an increase in the cost price On the other hand, waste in a nonsanctioned environment will not necessarily be a waste in a sanctioned environment In this research, to establish lean management in Marjan Petrochemical, in the first step, all types of wastes were identified under sanction conditions, and then a model was presented for the establishment of a lean system by considering different tools This research is qualitative and applied The research data were collected through interviews with 9 Marjan petrochemical experts
