Preventive actions play a key role in controlling infectious outbreaks like COVID 19, especially in primary care where family doctors guide patient choices This review draws from a family physician's angle to spot effective tactics by combining fresh data Researchers used PRISMA rules to check databases including PubMed, PMC, and WHO files for items from 2020 to 2025 Five main works were picked, covering social media roles, behavior change ideas, conspiracy links, influence factors, and risk views Findings point to combined methods like media use, theory based plans, and trust builds that cut infection rates, boost mask use, and aid distancing For example, social platforms raised awareness leading to better habits in groups Online strategies helped fair access and knowledge Family doctors could mix these into daily talks to strengthen patients Issues involve limited resources in poor areas and needs for long checks The work highlights how family doctors tailor plans to local spots while pushing team based, person focused ways for lasting health wins New prevention efforts might fill holes in basic care and grow healthier groups overall
