چکیده مقاله
The study aims to understand the sensitivity of ET0 to climatic and satellite parameters in central Iran The FAO Penman Monteith equation is used for ET0 calculation, and sensitivity analysis is performed byvarying input parameters In this research, the reference evapotranspiration was calculated using the FAO 56equation, and then the correlation of each meteorological and satellite parameter in Yazd and Kerman stationwas calculated in the Excel The R2 values indicate how well each parameter correlates with the referenceevapotranspiration ET0 estimation Higher R2 values suggest stronger correlations Notably, in Yazdstation: lstd, tmax, and tmin exhibit relatively higher correlations, while NDVI has a negative correlationwith ET0 lstd land surface temperature during the day has the highest correlation with ET0, while NDVI Normalized Difference Vegetation Index shows a negative correlation In Kerman atation ewsm has an R2value of 0 909, suggesting a strong correlation Tmax and Tmin have R2 values of 0 876 and 0 843,respectively ndvi has the lowest R2 value at 0 088, indicating a weaker correlation R2 values closer to 1indicate better model performance The noteworthy point here is that although only six climate parametersare involved in the FAO 56 equation, the highest correlation with evapotranspiration in Yazd station was lstdparameter by R2=0 623 and in Kreman station was ewsm parameter by R2=0 909
