According to the definition of the World Health Organization, public health is considered one of the dimensions of health, it is influenced by two dimensions of physical and mental health and has a mutual effect on them The quantity and quality of people's interaction with society in order to promote the welfare of society members is one of the definitions of public health The purpose of this study is to comprehensively examine the health promotion process in therapeutic communities based on the systematic review model This study is a systematic, descriptive and analytical review and was compiled and described as a conceptual model of public health based on the existing definitions in the country In order to analyze different health conditions in different societies, secondary data was used, which was obtained through searching in reliable scientific databases such as Pubmed, Scopus, Google Scholar and Elsevier, in the stage of data collection analysis The method of group discussion and review of the best international sources and articles was used The results of the study showed that the growth of various social and individual harms in recent years has been on average 20 to 40 percent every year, although due to the lack of a system for evaluating and monitoring health indicators, it is not possible to accurately determine the upward or downward trend of the health status of communities He drew various in the last two decades Various interventions are underway to reduce injuries and promote health by various organizations, but the inadequacy of not evaluating the current interventions, inappropriate selection of basic interventions, allocation of most of the available resources to the third level of prevention interventions, the weakness of the establishment system and interdepartmental cooperation in the implementation of interventions Dispersion of financial resources related to health prevents the impact of these measures in improving public health promotion indicators Health promotion cannot be achieved without the cooperation of different sectors, and the improvement of health status in order to promote health in different communities must be done partly by the Ministry of Health and partly by other sectors To achieve the stated goal, it is necessary to promote health should be monitored both in the country and in various Asian and European countries
