Today, the absence of war does not mean the existence of international security, but the lack of economic and the violation of human rights are considered a threat to world peace Therefore, the humanization of the attitude towards international law deserves more attention than ever before The power of any country in the international arena cannot be imagined without considering its economic and industrial ability Definitely a country To be influential in international disputes to play an active role that is economically and industrially important for have a say As the volume of sales and the complexity of contracts increases, costly disputes will also increase because the contracts lack appropriate standards and forecasts and the arbitration mechanism has not been normalized yet, and the necessity of this rule can be explained The liberal peace allowed the evolution and expansion of the concept of human rights, which had a significant impact in all corners of the world According to the theory of liberal peace, democracy guarantees peaceful domestic politics within a country At the same time, we know that democracy, along with free trade, guarantees international law and organization When human rights were placed next to the concepts of peace and security, the contradictions of the very limited definition of peace became more apparent In the present study, we will discuss the role of arbitration in international commercial exchanges in the establishment of peace with a descriptive analytical approach And we conclude that the international peace structure does not represent a kind of linear historical progress based on universal norms, but a more complex interconnected system consisting of very different types of political systems
