This article provides a detailed comparative analysis of the philosophy of right in the ideologies of ISIS and neo Nazi movements These extremist groups use absolutist worldviews to define their respective interpretations of justice, law, and morality, opposing modern concepts of pluralism, human rights, and democracy By drawing from philosophical, legal, historical, and political foundations, the article examines how both groups rationalize their acts of violence and oppression through their exclusionary and rigid philosophies of right Additionally, it explores the legal, educational, and international measures that can be used to counter these ideologies
