Criminology and human rights policy is to improve the implementation of justice for children, prevent child crimes and protect children deprived of their freedom and prevent them from violating the law; In domestic law, administrative, judicial, legislative and criminological measures are being tried to provide better justice for children Proceedings of children and adolescents should be through the creation of a course Educational programs should be related to various sciences such as psychology, social work and criminology Forming a character file in the stage of preliminary investigation and trial, which contains the opinions of various experts in psychology, social work, and criminology, etc In addition to the criminal case, in order to adopt an appropriate response to the personality and character of the child or teenager, it is necessary to establish institutions such as postponing the issuance of a sentence, mediation and the necessity of the presence of a lawyer in the investigation stage, including the innovations of the criminal procedure law 2012 The main challenge that this research examines is the existing structural guarantees for the protection of children, the criminal responsibility of delinquent children according to their age, and the criminological and human rights investigation in the field of handling crimes against children and adolescents according to the law of criminal procedure and international documents is international human rights; As a result, children need to have a differential trial and this issue requires the existence of sufficient guarantees Therefore, the main question of this research is, how much attention has been paid to human rights and criminology standards in the investigation of juvenile crimes Among the goals of this research is to improve the way of dealing with accused and suspected children and teenagers who violate the law Protecting children deprived of freedom and preventing them from strengthening their spirit of aggression and delinquency The research method was analytical descriptive by referring to library sources and the Convention on the Rights of the Child and four human rights documents approved by the United Nations
