Due to increasing Financial Crimes in Banking Systems Domain, Supervising on Banking Operations Is More Bolder than before On other Hand, progress in Information Technology has brought significant changes which resulted in emergence of new type of Banking and Supervising Virtualbanking is based on computer software and systems that requireminimum manpower and governance, risk and compliance GRC Management Systems is a system That Monitors operations of an enterprise in organization and IT view With considering Background Studies in Application of GRC Systemsin banking Scope, We Concentrate on Trust Issues in Relation with Banking and GRC Systems and We present a trust based Model for Supervising of Banking Systems This paper firstly introduces a Supervisory Model for banking that based of GRC Approaches and Then We Modeling Trust with STS ML Tropos tools To end with, we discuss the final result and draw some conclusions about the constructed artifact
