چکیده مقاله

This study examines the extensive and growing impacts of artificial intelligence AI in the fields of management, commerce, and business, demonstrating how this technology has fundamentally transformed traditional business models by optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and reducing costs AI facilitates smarter and more efficient decision making for managers by automating repetitive tasks and analyzing big data Additionally, through the development of tools such as chatbots and recommendation systems, AI enables companies to deliver personalized services to customers and build deeper relationships with them The application of AI in areas such as human resources, marketing, accounting, and finance has also improved efficiency in recruitment, training, and employee evaluation processes Moreover, AI, as a transformative technology, has brought about fundamental changes in industries such as healthcare, education, and customer services Despite its significant advantages, AI poses challenges, including ethical concerns and data security issues, which require appropriate regulatory frameworks and oversight This research emphasizes that organizations and businesses should thoroughly explore the challenges and opportunities arising from AI and analyze future trends to leverage this technology for maintaining competitiveness, fostering innovation, and improving business models By doing so, they can create new value for customers and achieve sustainable growth
