چکیده مقاله
The steel industry is one of the most important main industries in the world Also, the steel market has many complexities and changes in production capacity, demand, pricing, and so on These many changes will lead to complexity and changes in the marketing strategies of organizations This requires a dynamic approach that can help predict and deal with change by designing scenarios Game theory is a method that can solve the above problem with the help of mathematics Considering the impact of competitors' strategies on the organization's strategies, the purpose of this paper is to use the mathematical method of game theory to plan in the branches of optimal export volume, promotion costs and prioritization of export destination countries in marketing subject considering competitors and important factors The solution method developed in game theory Stackelberg, Nash equilibrium, backward induction and their combination with research data from the questionnaire and the application of new ideas, has led to the achievement of the objectives of the article The output of this paper is to find the optimized formulas in the strategic branches discussed Also, This article led to finding important and influential factors in steel exports and achieving a comprehensive analytical method of the optimal export strategy by considering those factors The combination of analytical and research methods also led to the discovery of analytical formulas that significantly reduce the volume of market research in exporting destination countries
