چکیده مقاله
In this paper the design of a SAW RFID tag in 2 4 GHz is shown in which a unidirectional IDT is used to reduce the scale of the tag As regards that all the code reflectors locate in one side of the IDT, the required space for initial delay halves We used z path geometry in this design and that is because this geometry uses onespace in the direction of X for initial delay and code reflectors With this design, only thing that determines the length of the chip is the required space of code reflectors moreover inclined reflectors is utilized which has less loss and there would be no parasitic reflections in the system
