چکیده مقاله
The microprocessors, multiplexing, and de multiplexing with reversible circuits that are used in their structure from the decoder are represented in the present paper It proposes a reversible decoder circuit for improvement of the microprocessor, multiplexing, and demultiplexing It also proposes a reversible circuit offered for computing the quantum cost of the decoder This kind of circuit is used for any number of inputs in decoders It will be shown that the proposed decoder has a minimum number of Garbage outputs, gates, and quantum cost compared to the existing decoders In addition, it represents a decoder that does not allow any fault to affect it
