چکیده مقاله
There are two methods for selecting bicycle rout in urban areas One is based on origin destination OD matrix and the other is based on Geographical Information System GIS This paper is based on the second method using the combination of ArcGIS and Analytic Hierarchical Process AHP This method evaluates the effects of parameters against each other and increases the process of calculation Some criteria which are effective for bicycle routs selected such as land use, network, and population, public transport stations, cultural parameters Their quantities value estimated and compared in pairs; then by GIS software location layer created; and finally by overlaying, improved way specified The case study in this paper is one of the regions which are situated in the eastern part of Tehran Iran capital Using the combination of GIS and AHP, improved way in this region for bicycles selected
