چکیده مقاله
Safety is one of the most important parameters of transportation Unfortunately, road accidents are one causes of death worldwide, especially in developing countries Due to physical of motorcycle, these vehicles have high severity accidents and motorcycle’ riders have seriously injured or die in road accidents Therefore, it is essential to knowing factors for severity of motorcycle accidents for traffic engineers In this study, model of motorcycles accident for suburban ILAM road network ILAM is the west province of IRAN was developed by prediction logit model The data of accidents were extracted from police’ reporting Results show, age and education of motorcycle’s driver, time of occurrence of accidents are most important factors for severity motorcycles accidents The severity of these crashes is greater from midnight to morning 0:00 6:00 am
