From the beginning, Transit Oriented Development TOD concept was introduced, an important question, which concerns the choice of the suitable method for measuring ofTOD, not answered Given that the aim of this article is to select a suitable TOD evaluation method To achieve the goal, research methodology includes reviewing past proposed methods, classifying and assigning each TOD evaluation method to a certain category and then using Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP , the suitable category of TOD evaluation methods is selected Results show, methods that aim to measure TOD using an index, are the most suitable based on seven criteria
