Nowadays, due to the growth of technology and the emergence of new communication methods, it is necessary to use new technologies in order to generate new business orstimulate traditional businesses more than before Cloud computing can be seen as one of these technologies It is a method of commutating which provides IT related capabilities as a service over the network for the development of e commerce users Processing in the cloud environment is considered in thisarea because of the availability of data and the support of calculations in different places This technology can be used inmany areas of the business For example, hailing a cab calling a taxi by a mobile application through the cloud is a ample which can help the prosperity of the traditional phone taxi business and also generate a new e business for its system developers This study aimed at evaluating cloud computing functions as a means to launch an e business with the case study of taxi calling applications in a cloud environment
