چکیده مقاله
Electronic government E government in modern civilization attempts to provide the technology based services and handle citizen's daily activities between a government andcitizens G2C , government and businesses G2B , government and employees G2E and government and governments/agencies G2G The objective of this paper is to propose a framework for measuring the performance of E government services of 193 countries using data envelopment analysis DEA within the frame of the annual report of 2014 provided by the United Nations This study helps policy makers, leading officials andanalysts understand the position of e government against the targeted countries and make a way to provide a more effectivepublic management in governance
