Flow in a semi natural meandering small channel, through several developed cross sections has been investigated experimentally Accurate geometry of the meandering path was measured, in which the meandering plan has two apexes, with the approximate arc angle of 81º and 53º Due to the growth of the meadow vegetation across the stream channel, a strip of plants root system was developed in the higher elevation of the bank This strip causes the establishment of reinforced zone which prevents the erosion of the bank and lateral migration of the meandering path
