In this paper, an introduction about Iranian national water dispatching project and its implementing plan is described In this plan optimizing the use of the water resources in its different forms; in the production, distribution and consumption sectors as an activity in line with The 20 year long horizon development plans of the government of the Islamic republic of Iran has been programmed by applying modern technologies in designing, implementing, manufacturing & installing the regional and remote sensing measurement devices functioning in an automatic and linked manner, and set in the official instructions The system is implemented for Khuzestan province located at south western part of Iran as a pilot
