چکیده مقاله
Objective: Mental disorders play an important role in the quality of life of women with breast cancer Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the role of depressive disorder in women with cancer from various domestic and foreign sources in the past few years Research method: The present research method was review library Thus, the keywords of depression, cancer and women were explored in the search engines of Persian article banks including Google Scholar, SID, NOORMAGS, MAGIRAN and Civilica and foreign article banks including Google Scholar, PubMed, Springer, Science Direct and Scopus It was searched in period of 2000 2021 and relevant articles were selected for this research Results: The findings of the study indicate the numerous studies of domestic and foreign researchers on the subject of mental disorders in women with cancer The results showed that anxiety, especially major depression, plays an important role in the lives of cancer patients Conclusion: Depression is one of the most common mental disorders in patients with breast cancer Therefore, in order to improve the level of mental health of these patients, this disorder should be considered by mental health professionals
