Introduction: What is most important in marriage is marital adaptation and marriage satisfaction Marital satisfaction is a result of many instances such as emotional intelligence, attachment style, sexual satisfaction and one's health Attachment is one of the most important concepts in the field of behavioural science The purpose of this study was to compare the different styles of attachment to the satisfaction and quality of marital relationships The overall design of the research was a correlation The statistical population of the present study includes all articles and research related to marital disorders due to different types of attachment since 1998 Methods: Marital Satisfaction Questionnaires and Attachment Scales in adults were used to gather information, and according to data collected from earlier research, descriptive statistics such as abundant distribution tables, mean sample distribution and description of the sample status in terms of Indicators were used Results: Correlation coefficient between marital satisfaction scores with safe attachment style r = p
