This article examines the proposed solutions of career counseling for the employment of the disabled who are supported by the family These strategies include the successful experiences of career counseling for disabled people who are supported by their families In particular, the article examines the importance of the role of the family in creating job opportunities for disabled people and shows that the family's support and attention to these people can have a significant impact Pay attention to increasing the probability of their success in the labor market In addition, the article points to the importance of career counseling in improving the skills and motivation of disabled people to enter the labor market In general, it shows that due to the importance of family support and providing suitable career counseling, disabled people can make the best use of Use their abilities and talents to create employment These results can help policy makers and human resource managers to create appropriate programs and strategies to support disabled people and their families in order to create employment
