Personality disorders are a type of mental disorders, one of the most important and significant features of which is the disruption of a person's thinking, behavior, communication and performance patterns Borderline personality disorder can be mentioned among these disorders Borderline personality disorder is a mental disorder that has a significant impact on a person's relationships with others, his feelings and behaviors Since the role of the father in the family system and raising balanced children is very important and ultimately in the formation of a healthy society, fathers with this disorder may face many challenges in raising their children, which can cause irreparable damage to their children And finally they bring society Therefore, the current research reviews the characteristics of this personality disorder and examines the role of fathers with borderline personality disorder in raising children and then offers solutions to help them
