Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders in children, characterized by symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, which can have significant impacts on their academic performance and sleep quality The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of neurofeedback in improving academic performance and reducing sleep disorders in children with ADHD The research method was quasi experimental with a pretest posttest control group design The statistical population included children aged 7 to 12 years diagnosed with ADHD in Tehran schools, selected through convenience sampling Data collection instruments included an academic performance questionnaire, a sleep disorder questionnaire, and standard neurofeedback sessions The findings indicated that neurofeedback significantly improved children’s academic performance and reduced their sleep disorders The results suggest that neurofeedback can serve as an effective and low risk therapeutic approach, either as a complement to or a substitute for pharmacological treatments in managing ADHD symptoms The conclusion of this study indicates that the use of neurofeedback not only enhances concentration and learning abilities in children with ADHD but also improves their sleep quality, playing a vital role in promoting academic achievement and mental health in this group
